My favorite finds from around the web:Â
• The magical key to doing it all. “Define your “all,” do those things, and start getting comfortable dropping the rest.”
• No cabin needed: how to write a book in 3 months while living your normal life. Not just for writers: “The idea that you need to go off to a cabin for solitude is a myth.”
• Definitive proof Kate Middleton only wears 7 things. “Kate Middleton has style. Or should we say, a style. Consistently spotted in the same silhouettes, color schemes, and hemline (singular; there is generally one hemline), she has the penultimate work uniform.”
• Fear is boring, and other tips for living a creative life. Liz Gilbert’s 11 best pieces of advice on living a meaningfully creative life.

I don’t think it makes sense to say the Duchess of Cambridge has the “penultimate” wardrobe. That would mean it is her second-to-last wardrobe, would it not?
yeah, I wondered the same thing! I think they thought it was a fancier version of “ultimate”, which would make complete sense in that sentence.
That Kate Middleton article is too funny. She always looks amazing, though and I’d give almost anything for her wardrobe : )
Aaaaaaagh Mrs. Meyers! I love the lilac one! Definitely checking this out. The article on writing was really great too. I’m not a novelist but it had some really helpful ideas.

Thank you for the Grove Collaborative free glass spray bottle! I joined Grove Collaborative because of your blog but have continued because of the great prices and regular giveaways! I’m definitely going to continue my subscription!
Thanks for linking to Dorie’s interview! Cabins are great, but not necessary for writing a book or anything else.
I adore the pictures in this post, especially the first one. Beautiful colors and books…what could be better?
Love the Kate Middleton link! What a great breakdown of her style 🙂
