Thanks so much to those of you who’ve joined in the “What’s on YOUR bookshelf” collection–by linking or browsing. I’ve loved browsing your shelves!
(The link-up is open till the 19th, so there’s still time to share your shelves.)
Today we’re taking a peek at the shelves of non-bloggers.Â
From Andrea in Louisville:
Here are two photos of my bookshelves! The collage contains close ups of what’s on the wall-to-wall shelves. We live in a small apartment in Louisville, and recently installed these shelves (as part of our preparation work in the apartment as we wait on adoption — hence the children’s books that I’ve started collecting!).
From Quen:
Here is a photo of my bookshelves. Â I confess that I have two additional rows of books behind the ones you can see. Â It’s time for more shelves!
From Melyssa Williams:
Here are a few pics of my oh-so sagging bookshelf! This is my fiction bookshelf. Non-fiction is upstairs and almost as large…
The shelves are sagging and bent from the weight, but man, this ugly ol’ shelf holds a TON of books! My childhood books are in there (see the huge collection of Little Golden Books from the ’70s and ’80s on the left middle?)
One of my favorite series is the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. Right next to it? My own YA version of a time traveling saga!
My beloved Nancy Drew collection …
I hope you enjoyed taking a peek at these reader’s shelves. Have fun browsing the link-up this weekend!

OK, those black-and-white Jane Austens are extremely covet-able. I also enjoy imagining what is on those hidden rows … and those Nancy Drews sure bring back memories.
That first shelf is magnificent! And I totally do the row of books behind the row of books thing, too. You can tell in some of my photos. 😉
WOW – some of the most impressive shelves yet! Thanks so much for giving us a glimpse of your bookshelves, ladies.
Thanks for posting these, Anne.
These are amazing. I love the set, of course, and just the sheer volume is pretty amazing. 🙂
So glad you included the non-bloggers, Anne.
Your link-up was the motivation I needed to organize and tidy my bookshelf, Anne. Every time I walk past it now, I feel happy. 🙂 It’s ready for the holidays! I wonder how many other participants are glad to have their bookshelves back in shape as a result of your event!
Yay yay!
