My favorite finds from around the web:
• Inside the world of judging the Man Booker Prize. “It’s more exhausting than I anticipated! It’s less daunting at the moment than when we did the heavy lifting between January and July, which is when you read all the submissions. We all read about 160 books! That comes down to one a day. Since then, the workload has decreased but the stakes have increased.”
Also found: Jane Austen’s Love & Freindship, starring Kate Beckinsale and Chloe Sevigny, is now available to watch on Amazon Prime.
This is Daisy and she's ours. ____ We waited a long time for a new pup after saying goodbye to two last year (sniff). Daisy because daisies are the happiest flower and we needed a happy name. A yellow lab because our family had been so happy with our chocolate lab but we didn't want a carbon copy of her, the kids didn't want to feel like we were replacing her. Now, because we've been waiting for a good time and that's never gonna happen. _____ We're excited. Wish us luck. #puppyhood
WE GOT A PUPPY. I’ll tell you more soon. 🙂
