When Adam loses his college lacrosse scholarship due to a drug charge, he’s forced to come up with his tuition money for senior year, and fast. He chooses a path familiar to fans of The Deadliest Catch and takes a summer job as deckhand on an Alaskan commercial fishing boat. The risks are outrageous, but so is the money—if they survive. Adam is as green as they come, as captain Nash and seasoned crew member Cole show him the ropes and educate him on the harsh realities of herring and salmon fishing.
