This coffee table book is a phenomenal retrospective of his photography and the way fashion (and New York) evolved over the course of his career. If you’re curious about his earlier years, you might want to try his posthumous autobiography Fashion Climbing. Cunningham was notoriously private and there’s much we still don’t know about him but at least his work lives on.
