a lifestyle blog for book lovers

If you’re ever in need of a good book, the book list archives on MMD are a wonderful place to browse. But after nearly five years of blogging, those archives are becoming … extensive.

For your convenience: this big list of book lists puts the best of five years of book lists posts all in one place to make it easier to find your next read. There are 52 book lists right here, one for every week of the year. I have no idea how you’ll find time to read them all, but at least you won’t be struggling with what you should read next.

Happy reading, everyone!

Oh my goodness… this is a little piece of heavenly bliss right here! Can’t wait to browse through these with a pen and my TBR list.

Hi Anne! I love that you compiled all these lists are in one place. The link for 10 audio books read by the authors isn’t right…. Can you fix it?

If you love memoir/cookbook mash-ups, check out Voracious by Cara Nicoletti. It’s a book written about great food/recipes that are inspired by beloved books. I couldn’t put it down and read it in two days. I need to buy a copy just for the delicious recipes!

I finished Voracious last week and it was wonderful. I love reading these kind of books before bed. Miriam’s Kitchen by Elizabeth Ehrlich is very good. Part cookery and part keeping kosher, she writes about her relationship with her mother-in-law, Judaism and cooking.

Oh my goodness! How wonderful that you have done this. Now I just need to find time to explore them all….just how long can my TBR list become? It is already daunting. : )

Thanks, Anne. This is a bookworm’s dream post!

I love your lists! I have found so many good books from your blog. Thank you so much. Can you recommend a book for a middle school girl (age 12-13) who needs a confidence builder? And some advice about making and the value of good friends (as opposed to ‘popular’ friends)??
