Oh my goodness… this is a little piece of heavenly bliss right here! Can’t wait to browse through these with a pen and my TBR list.
O man, so much to read, so little time. Thanks for all of the inspiration. I’ll have to pin this so I can keep coming back to it for ideas.
So this is love. Can’t wait to dive into these awesome lists and read, read, read!
Wow! I’m bookmarking this for sure!
Just when I thought my TBR list was becoming more managable….. sigh…..
Hi Anne! I love that you compiled all these lists are in one place. The link for 10 audio books read by the authors isn’t right…. Can you fix it?
Adrienne
Done! (Sorry about that!)
Also 5 Books That Make Me Think I’m Not Crazy. (Sorry!)
I simultaneously love and hate this post at the same time. One, you are amazing for compiling all of these over the years. But now I have so many more books I NEED to read. Agh, TBR never ends.
My thoughts, exactly!
Thanks for validating my love of memoir/cookbook mash-ups. I reserved the book by Kathleen Flinn to read next.
If you love memoir/cookbook mash-ups, check out Voracious by Cara Nicoletti. It’s a book written about great food/recipes that are inspired by beloved books. I couldn’t put it down and read it in two days. I need to buy a copy just for the delicious recipes!
I finished Voracious last week and it was wonderful. I love reading these kind of books before bed. Miriam’s Kitchen by Elizabeth Ehrlich is very good. Part cookery and part keeping kosher, she writes about her relationship with her mother-in-law, Judaism and cooking.
You might also want to search out the 2 memoirs by Laurie Colwin. We lost her far too soon. Sublime.
Oh my goodness! How wonderful that you have done this. Now I just need to find time to explore them all….just how long can my TBR list become? It is already daunting. : )
Thanks, Anne. This is a bookworm’s dream post!
I love your lists! I have found so many good books from your blog. Thank you so much. Can you recommend a book for a middle school girl (age 12-13) who needs a confidence builder? And some advice about making and the value of good friends (as opposed to ‘popular’ friends)??
Maybe Rebecca Stead, The Mother Daughter Book Club, The Swap?
Thank you for making and taking the time to put this together. A fabulous resource for a book lover like myself. Thanks!!
You are a rockstar!
This is amazing!
Awesome!
I love this! The only thing that would make it better is if they were printables for my MMD Reading Journal:)
So true. 🙂
Thanks! This list is great! Your blog is awesome – even better with these lists!
Thanks for this, always looking for new books 🙂
