My favorite finds from around the web:
• The cool-girl haircut that’ll be everywhere in 2017.
• biancoshock hides miniature underground rooms inside manholes in Milan. If you love Ann Arbor’s fairy doors, this is a must-see.
• Top books of 2016—booksellers share their favorites.
• Why time management is ruining our lives. “The truth is that more often than not, techniques designed to enhance one’s personal productivity seem to exacerbate the very anxieties they were meant to allay.”

Thanks so much for sharing the link to my blog post! I love reading your blog and so do my fellow booksellers. We wish you and your family a very happy holiday season.
I actually have had a chin length bob for probably 12+ years. And I changed it up earlier this year and cut bangs! I loved them! But, alas, I’m lazy…. I didn’t like having to blow dry and straighten them right after getting out of the shower. They were unmanageable otherwise. Bummer….. I could have been a cool kid, for once. ?
I guess for the first time in my 54 years of living I will be in style? I’ve had pretty much this hair style for the last 10 years. Lol!
I just had to send the cool girl haircut link to my hair stylist to warn her not to give me bangs no matter how much I beg. ;-D I have been wearing some variation of the bob for almost two decades now. Anytime I’ve cut bangs I’ve regretted it big time. Thanks for the warning!
Wow, you’ve been writing for a while!??

That Guardian article on time management? Hit me between the eyes. I think I am going to experiment for a month or so with being less “productive.” I have a feeling that fewer to-do lists may improve my quality of life.
Merry Christmas!
