I struck out at Sephora: I needed some hand-holding for such an important decision (ahem) and I didn’t have much confidence in the salespeople on duty. So yesterday, I headed to a local boutique that has a makeup counter–and importantly, a whiz of a makeup artist who works it.
He’d chosen not to stock many reds for spring, so I chose from an assortment of brights instead. (I’ll get my red, but I’m going to try one of the drugstore options you all shared on Facebook. Thanks again!)
