Here are the places you can catch me around the web today:
It’s Love of Reading Week at Quirky Bookworm. Jessica asked me to share a book I love so much I evangelize for it. Head on over and find out which book I can’t stop recommending!
Over at Tim Fall’s blog, I’m writing about stories worth telling and stories worth hearing.
And at Money Saving Mom, I’m sharing how you can cut your coffee costs in half by roasting your own beans.
Happy reading!

Thanks so much for contributing! This week was so fun.
1. I tried to read it after hearing you rave about it before, but I never could get into it. I even rented the movie and since it was just a 2 hour time commitment, finished it even though I didn’t really like it, so I could at least know what the story was. And I’m sure there are books I love that you hate. That’s why I’m so grateful for so many choices in books we have in our world today.
2. Or you could cut your costs by 100% and just quit drinking coffee (that was my attempt at a bad joke)
3. I really get where you are coming from here. Just recently, our preacher told a (supposedly funny) story and when he was finished, I turned to my husband and asked, “how does that story mean anything to today sermon topic?”
Thanks for all your great words – those I agree with and those I don’t
Thanks again for that guest post, Anne, it’s going like gang-busters over there!
For Mrs. Pettigrew, I haven’t read the book but think I’ll see if the library has it. I like period pieces, especially the comedy of manners variety. I’ll confess that we did try to watch the movie but turned it off after a half hour or so. The acting or writing or directing or whatever seemed a bit uneven and we just didn’t get into it. Sad too, because the two leads are usually a pleasure to watch.
A Happy Valentine’s Day to you and the family.
Tim
P.S. My wife made me promise not to get her anything, even a card. So I wrote her a valentine on my blog today. She didn’t say anything about not writing a blog post.
